By booking and using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. This disclaimer is intended to limit our liability and ensure that all customers are aware of their responsibilities when using scooters and boats.

1. General Disclaimer

• All activities, including scooter rentals, boat rentals, and private tours, are undertaken at your own risk.
• We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, loss of personal belongings, or damages caused during the use of our services.
• Customers are required to comply with all local laws and regulations of the Republic of Croatia.

2. Scooter Rentals

• You must hold a valid driver’s license appropriate for the scooter category you are renting:
  • 400cc scooters: A category driver’s license
  • 125cc scooters: A1 category driver’s license
  • 50cc scooters: AM or B category driver’s license
• Helmets must be worn at all times while operating the scooter.
• You are fully responsible for the scooter during the rental period, including any damages or theft.

3. Boat Rentals (without skipper)

• You must hold a valid Boatmaster’s license, category B, issued in the Republic of Croatia, the EU, or an international equivalent.
• You must have sufficient knowledge and experience to operate the boat safely.
• You are fully responsible for the boat during the rental period, including damages, fuel usage, and safe return.
• We are not liable for accidents or injuries that may occur while operating the boat.

4. Private Boat Tours & Taxi Boat Services

• Our skippers are licensed and trained to ensure your safety.
• However, participation in tours is at your own risk, particularly regarding activities such as swimming, snorkeling, or island exploration.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to weather, sea conditions, or safety concerns.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our company shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
