Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which you may cancel your booking and whether you are entitled to a refund. By booking our services, you agree to the following conditions:
1. Scooter Rentals
- All scooter rentals are not charged at the time of online booking.
- Therefore, we are not obligated to provide the exact scooter you requested if it is not available at the time you booked it, but we will offer you another scooter in the category or suggest a different pickup time.
2. Boat Rentals (without skipper)
- A deposit of €20 is charged at the time of booking via Stripe.
- The remaining balance must be paid on-site before the service begins.
- If you cancel your booking at least 72 hours before the rental start time, your deposit will be refunded in full.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the rental start time are non-refundable.
- If a rental is canceled due to bad weather or safety reasons by us, your deposit will be refunded in full.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
3. Private Boat Tours
- A deposit of €20 is charged at the time of booking via Stripe.
- The remaining balance must be paid on-site after the service is completed.
- If you cancel your booking at least 72 hours before the tour start time, your deposit will be refunded in full.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable.
- If a tour is canceled due to bad weather or safety reasons by us, your deposit will be refunded in full.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
4. Taxi Boat Services
- Taxi boat services are not charged at the time of the online booking.
- Therefore, we are not obligated to provide taxi boat services at all times.
- The service will be provided if the conditions for it exist, that is, if there is a boat that is free as well as a skipper or if weather conditions allow it. If we are unable to provide the service, another starting time will be suggested.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Stripe) and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
