Legal obligations
When renting any of our boats, the renter must have a valid driving license of at least category B for the boat. Before renting, a contract must be signed that obligates the renter to visually inspect the boat both before and after the rental period. If any damage is noticed on the boat that was not identified before renting, the renter is required to cover the expenses of repairing the damage.
Our boats are equipped with the necessary equipment for safe sailing, which Taxi Boat Baltić personnel are obligated to demonstrate how to use. Any damage to the equipment or the boat must be noted in the contract before renting.
All our contracts are available in English, German, and Croatian.
